A Personal Guide
to Physical & Mental Well-being in Crisis
As this crisis unfolds, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our brain health and mental well-being is obvious. With the social isolation, economic impact and the anxiety of health uncertainty we are all experiencing the emotional equivalent of a “concussion”.
Understandably, many of us are rushing for information and products to protect and take care of ourselves and our families. Regrettably, a lot of misinformation is being shared. At Brain Armor we feel a responsibility to weigh-in with fact-based information and share resources that we hope will improve the health and lives of our collective community.
